TYPES OF POLE DANCING
There are three types of pole dancing:
  • Exotic pole dancing gives a well toned body and sexy look. So it is preferred by many women.
  • Empowerment pole dance helps in improving self confidence and self esteem.
  • Pole fitness is for fitness. It helps to shed excess weight. Research proved that pole dance done for an hour makes you lose nearly 250 calories.
