Grand Rapids, Michigan
Every year the management of the West Michigan Whitecaps minor league baseball team asks fans to vote on a new item to serve at the ballpark. In 2009, they chose the Fifth-Third Burger, a huge burger that consists of five one-third pound hamburger patties, five slices of American cheese, chilli, salsa, nacho cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and Frito chips (jalapeños are optional). The burger was so popular that it is now a fixture on the menu. (Photo courtesy of Fifth Third Ballpark)

Chef Ferran Adria ( spain )

La Bullipedia will be an online, curated database that will one day contain every piece of gastronomic knowledge. More than that though, it will connect cooks and chefs with ideas and data that would have previously taken them years to discover.
